LS-2 Series Twin-Cylinder Small Block Bagging and Baling Machine Applications: Processing medicinal herbs, silage, hay stalks, wheat straw, silage hay, alfalfa, chopped straw, maize silage, wood shavings, sawdust, maize cob pellets, maize cob flakes, rice husks, wheat husks, etc.
Generally processes various medicinal herbs and cotton seed meal
The small bale bagging baler is the ideal equipment for compressing and bagging loose materials such as ginkgo leaves, mulberry leaves, cottonseed, and cotton seed meal.
The entire operation is automatically controlled by a PLC programmable controller within the electrical control cabinet. First, a woven bag is fitted over the discharge outlet. When material in the hopper reaches the preset height and triggers the sensor, Cylinder 1 of the baler commences material compression. During this process, material is continuously fed into the hopper. Typically after 1-2 compression cycles, Cylinder 2 pushes the compacted material into the bag. This baler features a large hopper, with the front end capable of connecting to a conveyor to feed material into the hopper. The programme can be integrated into the baler control cabinet to achieve fully automated operation.
Suitable for: This equipment is suitable for processors of medicinal raw materials, typically handling dried ginkgo leaves and mulberry leaves, as well as cotton processing plants dealing with cottonseed and cotton waste.
